Pros

They do actually pay me

Cons

Long hours in a high pressure and highly dysfunctional environment. Despite what they claim in their mission statement, it is profits first and foremost, not people nad certainly not the non-profits they claim to serve. Constant shrink in benefits Too many semi to non-technical managers, not enough technical people More interested in selling new features or products than producing good products Really poor teamwork

Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
