Management is horrible. Spent the day telling applicators we did a horrible job and talking bad about the company and district manager. Micromanaged and GPS tracked, manager hovered over the computer to see where the applicators were and documented how much time at jobs and in between jobs. Required to clock out between jobs while in the company vehicle in violation of labor laws. Company vehicles were dangerous and not maintained. People handling wild animal extraction were not properly trained or vaccinated. Management is not licensed applicator but sprayed anyway. We got in trouble for not taking enough time to spray an apartment building but manager was done in under 5minutes and said the customer didn't pay enough to warrant more time spent on site. Management has no idea how to be a manager. The call center doesn't understand the work in the field and assigned jobs are all over. Promised 40 plus hours weekly when hired but it was more like 25-30 hours a week.Any mistake Management makes was blamed on the applicators,and with managers who don't know what they are doing, applicators were blamed for a lot. Expect to be chewed out daily.
