The people are cool and definitely care about the company and the culture

They throw you in the fire and it can make it difficult to grow, my PM was cool but he didn't really job me out or help guide me as he was so overwhelmed. It felt as though I had to beg for work and was fighting the full time PE's to do anything. I wish they managed it better to give people better opportunities.
