Pros
Competitive salary but you pay the price with always being on call and having no personal life. Don't be fooled by the offer, consider carefully if this is worth your life.
Cons
They prefer hiring only those who are willing to throw away their life for the elusive founder to chase his IPO dream. Perhaps the younger colleagues have fun by building a bond through the madness, but it is completely unsustainable in the long run. Lots of sketchiness especially in dealing with regulation. Lack of transparency from top management. Have seen people being let go with no strong reasons and definitely not performance related, most likely due to disagreement with bosses. I feel sorry for some of the folks that are trapped in this nightmare.
