Management is double standard, bias, one sided, micromanaging, doesn't give support or empowerment to staff, doesn't see staff potential and promote them, groom them, very business minded and less client orientated which is contradicting their mission and vision. Some staff are so free and spread lies and gossips of others. Salary is too low for current staff, but for new hires is so much higher. Not everyone is friendly and welcoming.
