- Total unprofessional setup , poor mangement by non skilled people. -Team culture- company only concern to those employee who has started their career from Bitwise only . Mostly TL/PL/PM/HR are Bitwise product (means working from start) and ruling/bossing the company.so they don't respect/concern the laterals joiner.even a fresher from Bitwise can do dirty politics with laterals joiner and no action will taken against him. - Project/Technology- very few project.so if the project rampdown happen they put employee in any technology irrespective of experience.devloper to testing,tester to support and so on. - Growth opportunities- no growth opportunities for laterals joiner.only good opportunities given to Bitwise product (means working from start). specially not good for woman employee . nothing good for women employee. -policy - they can change policy in a minute ..my appraisal and rationalization bonus was pending from last 3 months ,when I resigned they change the policy and didn't give my appraisal not even rationalization bonus that is given to all employee. -office timings- weekend work generally,late night mostly 10-12 .no work life balance.manger can call you to come and work anytime even from 6 in the morning.
