Good friendly environment, mostly low-stress

Supervisors sometimes unhelpful (very rarely though)

Nice to work at the place where you get use what you maintain. Flexible hours and was easy to get shifts when I wanted them.

You end up working a lot for not the greatest pay. My manager also didn’t really let me or my coworkers have a say in what we built. It also gets ridiculously busy here and feels understaffed.
