dishonest company - Sales Bitrise Employee Review

I have seen it so many times that I need to speak up. The company runs on fear and dishonesty. Every has to fall in line or they will get rid of those people. Happened many times to employees who perform. The internal processes are very cumbersome and slow. If you raise this you will be excluded and branded as negative. They have their favorites and old timers and everyone else gets routinely replaced.
