Working at BitLoft you're surrounded by a lot of creative, talented people who are passionate about design, technology, games, enjoying life and making really cool things. What I love about BitLoft is the diversity of the projects and the people working on them. Pros: - Great Benefits (Free medical, dental, vision, for example) - Focused and determined, but casual, friendly atmosphere - Strong emphasis on professional development - If you love technology and art, the variety of projects is great - A lot of collaboration and cooperation (no silos) - Leadership is open to be pitched new ideas for initiatives or projects - Leadership recognizes the importance of loyalty and treat employees well - Opportunities for travel to conferences and tradeshows - Employees feel valued and their input is appreciated

Space... growing quickly, adding so many people that we're bursting at the seams. Makes for a fun environment though. The space problem should be resolved soon, but I might miss it when it's gone.

Awesome team. Working on an interesting game. Company would fly you out for trips. Hours for contractors are flexible.

Heavily reliant on contractors. Chances of being converted to FTE is slim unless you have skills outside game development. Managers will not keep promises that were made to you. Upper management doesn't seem to come from game development as they make decisions that affect the project very negatively. You will get laid off via text.
