Poorly organised in some important aspects like disciplinary procedures and H&S. Entered administration during employment with some redundancies which was all kept very 'hush,hush'. Senior management very detaches from the day to day running of the business. Long hours. Poorly organised in call scheduling.

Some of the senior management were excellent, encouraging and willing to see you succeed. The products were good and reputation/history first class. Good pay

Some terrible middle management and A LOT of politics.
