In my 2 years of career I have never encountered such a pathetic company, although my friends warned that not to join this company.
Cons
- Birlasoft turned out to be one of the worst mistake of my career. - Right now the situation of Birlasoft is worst in NCR they are losing key projects on regular basis i.e. GE (they lost all business). Soon they will be losing more projects. - This company is not for people who believe in ethics and integrity - There HR are just dummies HR they do whatever their bosses told them to do. - If you can check all the reviews posted on Glassdoor, reviews are mostly from current employees and people at fresher level. - I have encountered so many former Birlasoft employees who have given ATG without giving proper reason - Just to ascertain facts lot of employees left the company within 6 months of joining reason being they were given raw deal by the management.
