Management is good and helpful when they are needed. They do not get mad unless you keep on messing up the same things otherwise they are happy and nice to work with.

the warehouse has some issues with productivity and getting the proper parts to the welding side with proper dimensions.

People were highly qualified. Good workplace environment. Family feel. I enjoyed it.

Lack of transparency. Made people out to be scape goats.
