      Pros

      Get to work with highly intelligent, dedicated researchers. Get to work on a variety of projects. Highly collaborative work environment. Highly innovative group. You couldn't ask for better upper management that takes care of their employees (and employees that take care of their company).

      Cons

      Not many cons, but common startup cons. Lots of very important projects, would need to hire more to develop every project.

      Pros

      Everyone is a pleasure to work with, employee input is taken seriously, small company so you can try your hand with a lot of different projects

      Cons

      Well, its in Baltimore (Eastern Baltimore, Specifically) which isn't the nicest neighborhood. Pre-profit start up, so not as secure as a large company
