      Maintaining the companies transparent and open culture long term will be difficult. Approaching frontier markets pose unique challenges as well

      I was able to work closely with the CEO daily and gained valuable skills in raising money for startups.

      Pros

      The team of BioVirtua and the ideas of the team is the best reason to work for this company. The atmosphere around the company is enthusiastic and highly driven. Good work ethics. Everyone in the team were so supportive. The most important of all the reasons is you will be given equal importance and the team is all ears to your ideas.

      Cons

      The compensation and benefits. But, there is lot of rich learning experience you can get.
