Cons
There is no transparency neither communication between the employers of the company. You will not be aware about the decisions that the Management is taking regarding your product or any big changed that will affect the whole company.
Most of their Manager employees don't have an idea of what they are doing because they don't have previous experience in igaming . If you're expecting to learn something new, this is definitely not the right company to join.
Their development team is lead by a CTO located in Barcelona who is not really friendly and hard to work with. Anything that you will need from his team is going to take weeks or months.
Be prepare to attend company events during public holidays, weekends and after working hours. Many times you will be in charge of bringing your own food and drinks.
