Pros
- Friendly colleagues on the surface - Bonus package can go up to 4 months - Work from home most of the time
Cons
- No help will be given even with seniors saying "Ask me questions" , it will usually be few days late or met with silence. If you are lucky, you will meet someone that is willing to guide u along. - Two faced (Very common in the working world) - Increment is horrible. - Had a horrible experience with HR because they don't reply as well.
