Pros
Really lovely team and working environment! The managers were very accommodating and really listened to the feedback from waitress and kitchen staff. The restaurant is in a good location - frequent visits from very interesting customers from the uk and also abroad. Gifting culture - this creates a nice environment for the staff and customers. Food tasting and thorough training - this really helps when discussing the menu with customers and taking orders. Flexible shift patterns - great for students and those working multiple jobs.
Cons
Occasional understaffing due to the restaurant being unexpectedly busier than anticipated, the team and managers are very supportive when this happens. The illogical layout of the till system takes a little while to learn. This can slow down training.
