Lack of communication between sales and the detail department. Detail department is pretty much "left to fend for themselves." Lack of equipment (e.g. Microfiber towels, POWER-WASHERS!, etc.) Lack of appreciation for detail department in general. Lack of teamwork occasionally in detail department. No training WHAT SO EVER if you are new to working as a car detailer, it is almost a "learn as you go" instead of an up front watch this 15 min informational video of "what to do and what not to do." If you are part-time you are working EVERY Saturday for a 12 hour shift no "if's, and's, or but's," about it. No real establishment of schedule breaks, by that I mean it is a "take a break when you can" instead of the more desire take your one 15 min break at 10.am and take a 30 min lunch at 1p.m
