Pros
- Great people that you want to hang out with during and after work
- Competitive salary
- Freedom to choose your work location and style of working
- Great emphasis on personal development, with personalised plans, monthly follow-up discussions, in-house and bought trainings and allocated work time to develop skills
- Biit pays for the Salesforce certification exams, courses and sometimes even gives a bonus for completing them
- Challenging client projects (mostly enterprise-level or large NGOs)
Cons
- Uneven workload between consultants and developers (sometimes overburden for consultants and less work for devs)
- Very Salesforce-driven; there has been good development towards business-driven thinking but Biit is still very much a tech consultant firm
- Emphasis on Salesforce certifications; people are expected to be always working on additional certifications, which can add on stress and burden
