Pros
Not really much of an upside to this job. The only positive thing I can say is that management it clear that they don't care about the employees. This makes the decision to look for other work very easy.
Cons
Compensation is poor for the workload and skill requirements. I did this same job in the 1990's and was paid more, then. Regional Managers are given perks and bonuses at the expense for quality and employee wages and benefits. You will be talked down to, and sarcasm is a way of life there.
