- Credit card tips on biweekly check, only take cash tips you make that day home. - There are three managers and none of them check with each other before changing rules. You will regularly get disciplined by one manager for following another's instructions. - There are clear favorites shown by management, and you will know their least favorite because they'll talk about them as soon as they walk away. - *** It's only available to employees who hit BBB's full-time hourly status every single week for a year. If management cuts your days and your hours fall below this weekly minimum, your clock restarts. Once your benefits begin, when you hit your year mark you get a weeks worth of PTO.
