Senior and middle management are absolutely incompetent. Everyone who is considered supervisor, assistant manager and manager only hold those titles because of longevity within the company and not the value of work they bring to their teams. Management tends to lie at an extremely high rate. Employees fear of retaliation after requesting time off. PTO requested a full year in advice denied a week before.
