Excellent team to work with. You feel welcomed and supported from the beginning. Heads of divisions are very approachable and so is the Managing Director which isn’t seen anywhere. They’ll help you thrive and succeed in your role and also long term career outside of the business.
Cons
Perhaps progressions across different teams. Salary increments could be better to match the inflation rates for the year.
