A great team environment that offers a lot of collaboration with extremely knowledgable people. Goal oriented driven company that has a great culture.

Not really a con but having some of the team spread around the world is hard.

I had a fantastic direct manager. I had some benefits, although not good ones.

They have yet to figure out how to compensate sales people. Maybe that's changed. The commission rates have drastically deteriorated from the time that I started to when I left.
