Good peers and supportive team culture at the project/team level. Flexible login timings, option to take breaks in between, and hybrid work model. Working with US clients gives good exposure, and coming to office with the team for selected days helps with collaboration. Team leads and immediate colleagues are approachable and helpful.

Cons

Top-level management needs improvement. The overall environment from leadership feels weak, and there are concerns around ownership, accountability, and decision-making. Management frequently mentions financial situations, which impacts salary hikes and employee confidence. There have also been multiple rounds of layoffs, so job security is a concern. Transparency exists to some extent, but execution and responsibility from HR/management are not up to the mark.
