Pros

Great product, and good salary

Cons

My time at BeyondTrust was the most challenging time in my entire carrer. BeyondTrust reached out to me to offer me a new opportunity, I was very happy to join this company. With I taught a good culture, I join BeyondTrust and got fired within 3 weeks while I left my job to join them. I got fired without any feedback, got said that I was a bad casting. Not even a meeting has been made to highlight the concerns the manager had. The manager was into his new role for 2 weeks, I have been working in big companies and got plenty of different manager, but having a manager that tell you that you are bad casting without any feedback was very à first time for me! While I accomplished the mission was on my contract. When we hear BeyondTrust we think about trust, I faced the totally opposite! No empathy, no discussion et boom out of the company. I even got asked to return the PC on the same day I was very chocked and super disappointed. I did not feel supported or any empathy from the company. If I knew I would have not join this company. After that I went to depression for couple of months thanks to beyond trust!

I am sorry about your experience. I should note that all the French sales employees hired in the past 2 years are still at BeyondTrust so unsure about your specifics given, per your profile, you are based in Paris. However, I agree that managers should be trained. In fact, we have several training courses that all managers are required to attend and have a specific manager goal as part of their review to ensure they can support their teams effectively. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Where to begin? The team I work with day in and day out is one of the absolute best! We are serious enough to GSD but know when to take a step back to breathe or laugh. Leadership is solid at the top; from Janine Seebeck as CEO throughout the ELT. Change. It is constant, which I need to feel motivated. And all the other people I encounter on a daily basis across all of our business units. To be able to partner, collaborate and learn along side so many different people in various roles is a key component to why I stay.

Cons

BT can be a hard place to work; we're fast paced and constantly morphing. If working hard isn't something you want to do, then this wouldn't be the place you'd thrive.

Pros

Hybrid. Flexible PTO good, but depends on your manager. Met a lot of good people there.

Cons

Pay is well under the market. Culture? Core values? I haven't seen either in practice, only talk. Very political. Some execs get whatever they want, at the expense of the company. Ego-driven people at high levels. Everyone's out for themselves. Some departments are way too siloed. Based on other reviews, this must be dependent on your department and/or manager, so I'd say that upper leadership (C level) needs to take a good look at how department heads are running their ship.
