Free solo healthcare, expensive for family. Free soda machine in the commons. Free parking hopefully for a little while. Dogs at work if you aren't allergic or can put up with occasional barking.
Cons
In a word - EVERYTHING! Management, the processes, the environment, management, ownership, department management. The Culture is toxic and fear based.
