Pros
They Pay you on time. The other employees you work with usually support you and help you figure out what is going on and your job responsibilities. They have lockers for you to store your stuff throughout the day and break rooms.
Cons
The management could care less about you as an employee, your ideas, or the work you do. yeah there glad you did it for them but at the end of the day they really could care less about you. The moment you start to get tired or your having a bad day, they will start to put pressure on you and put you in the hardest most stressful positions and leave you there until you finally just quit. That and they have poor products, not only does there machinery keep braking down but when it does they expect you to keep going as fast as before but by hand. And I feel they could care even less about the consumer, they just want money and are not concerned very much about there welfare. When seals get burnt because of poor machinery, and there is a nasty smoky smell in the bottle, they just change the bottle and put that same burnt smell oil into it and send it out to sell. Even when people are caught eating from the main product supply, what do they do, finish packing it anyway and sell it. Good luck to those that eat those germs. Overall I had a pretty nasty experience working for this company and was expected to participate in there lame and sometimes poor health decision ideas.
