      - COMPANY CULTURE is unmatched - Competitive Pay -Everybody on the floor is nice From sales to the higher ups -Management is there to teach and guide you and help you make money - Snacks and Drinks daily -Food Every Friday

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of. Maybe the hours but why complain about more work, when there are people without jobs. With the culture here I don't mind being here

      - There are some great hardworking employees - Free lunch Fridays

      Cons

      - A lot of favoritism and not everyone held to the same standard. Who got recognized, promoted, blind eye or given opportunities depended more on being in the right circle than on actually doing good work. - Some genuinely good hardworking people left. - Upper management's communication style needs a lot of work. Negativity that trickles down. - Parking situation sucks. - Depending on which manager you're under, the experience can vary a lot.
