It is a great place to work if you want to do Hospitality projects across the country. The small boutique size means you learn all facets of the design and have creative input from the beginning. You will interact with all the staff including the principal. Nice work life balance and competitive compensation. The smaller size means everyone works together on many projects. You also share the office with an architecture firm where you can work on various projects as well.

Very busy firm, needs to juggle many projects and deadlines.
