I have been a part of Betacom's 5GaaS team for over a year now, and I am so grateful to be a part of this smart talented team. Executives treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits the company provides and how management approaches the team, no yelling about challenges, just collaboration and ideas that we all work on together. The CEO holds Town Hall meetings to provide an overview on how we are doing, as well as ask for full transparency on how we can service our customers in the best possible way. I highly recommend Betacom for its great team in the innovative tech space.

Not really a Con.... but investing in educational courses would be a plus.

Employees have good growth potential from within, laid laid-back atmosphere. Great teams.

Business outcomes rely on market trends and clients rather than internal factors, unfortunately.
