MANAGEMENT!!!
they would tell you how good you were doing then go behind your back and talk you down, they were always telling you to do things then come back and question why you were doing things they just told you to do. at the end of the day the manager was a puppet and didn't know it but thought he would be the next person to be in charge of the company
