Thank you for your comments and insights. This is invaluable to me and the team as it helps focus our efforts on bringing about the things that really matter. This is a continual pursuit. As part of managing the growth of our team, we work to provide an all inclusive environment where bonds of friendships will be formed and affinities will be developed. Humans being humans, you will develop stronger bonds with some people more than others. We organize a lot of activities at work and outside work where EVERYONE is invited and encouraged to share and develop these bonds with whoever they want on the team. Similarly, there are a LOT of opportunities to do other things than code if you want. We are reviewing our business model, our methods, adapting our methodology to fit new realities. We have just recently asked for anyone interested to put their names as a participant for any of our 8 different initiatives we are starting. I hope you found one that is meaningful to you and that you want to invest some of your work time time in (no overtime expected for those). Also, please note that there are no clock polices at Beslogic. It is a trust system. If you can't do 40h one week, no one will come to tell you. If you want to work less, you can do that too. We are doing this already with some people seeking different level of involvement and we respect that. Everything is doable if we plan for it so please come talk to me.
