Pros
Most of the staff is great.
Cons
I regret to say that my experience with the leadership team and team structure at Beringer has been less than favorable. The apparent lack of professionalism and competence within the PowerApps leadership team is concerning, and it reflects in the overall atmosphere of the workplace.
The dynamic between the two managers of the PowerApps team is reminiscent of divorced parents, creating an uncomfortable environment for the rest of the team. The absence of a clear structure within the team adds to the challenges of working here.
One glaring issue is the perceived indifference towards employees. It often feels like you're just a number, and genuine care for your well-being as an employee seems to be lacking. Interestingly, when expressing the intention to leave, the response is sudden accommodation, leaving me questioning the sincerity of the company's approach.
Moreover, there seems to be an inconsistency in the treatment of employees. Low-performing individuals are retained, while others are let go, raising concerns about fairness and the company's commitment to fostering a positive work culture.
In conclusion, based on my experience, I would not recommend Beringer Technology as a workplace. The challenges mentioned above have significantly impacted the work environment, and I hope the company takes steps to address these issues for the benefit of its employees.
