Much of the workforce seems to have a "We're in this together, so let's make the best of it!" attitude. Good attempts made to restore the fun and family-friendly culture that was lost over several years. Competitive and attractive pay and perks - for the west side of Cleveland.
Cons
The organization is structured into independent and selfish "silos" such that you'll feel like every department other than your own is "the enemy", including the parent company. Most managers spend 80%+ of their daily time in "meetings". The Finance-driven culture makes the IRS look like a bunch of carefree party animals, as every effort is made to account for any missing $5 or $10, meanwhile a $20M-60M building renovation is being discussed. Uncompetitive pay and perks for similar employers outside of the west side of Cleveland.
