Pros
Great team to grow with even through the recent economy issues.
Cons
Long hours is possible even with great time management skills. Although it builds character you must be conditioned and willing to work a bit longer to cover the bases. It wasn't a requirement, but it helped ensure the most important part of the business being the Field employees needs were met.
