      Pros

      Great employees in Portland Branch of this company but Manager is from the stone age unless you consider swearing outbursts throughout the day a tool for today's business. Hostile work environment mean anything to this guy?

      Cons

      Branch Manager period. Continually criticizes corporate headquarters and has no idea how to manage employees.

      Pros

      You can be yourself, pay is decent, co-workers are all down to earth and kind, ability to move up if you want to, truly stick to the values system that they tout highly!

      Cons

      Even if you work outside of the shop, you can go home smelling like rubber? TBH, really...GlassDoor requires a minimum here. I don't have many, if any, complaints about working here.
