The company consistently violated fair housing laws, displaying a blatant disregard for ethical and legal standards. Moreover, there was a pervasive lack of concern for employees' well-being, as they engaged in unfair favoritism and concealed various issues under a facade of indifference. The overall disregard for residents' needs further underscored the company's troubling priorities.
