The newer Bella team would support, and adapt to change.... Team, customers

Cons

Old school people not willing to adapt to what the brand is trying to become. To much focus on cost savings and squeezing every hour out of the managers and team. If your face don't fit they turn on you and leadership team don't take accountability for there area's
