Pros
Great personal time off benefits. I've worked with belk for 11 years and i get 5 weeks of paid time off.
Cons
Belk has recently been purchased and the new company (Sycamore) has cut every where on every level, sales associates, sales support, managament and at the corporate level. Sales are changing constantly every day there is some kind of update. The workload given and the hours/time alotted to complete tasks are unrealistic. Everything is so hard and complicated.
