The office location is difficult to get to and not in a nice area. Particularly when it is dark, it is not nice, nor does it feel safe to be walking alone back to the station. There is a car service for the industrial estate, but it's not very convenient. 3 days in the office are "mandatory". This feels unnecessary and difficult for staff with families or who live far out. Particularly as the office hours are longer than other companies (8.5 hours/day). The company is struggling to find its culture, it feels like there isn't really a vision (at least not that has been passed down to staff). Perhaps it will get better once it moves out of the fast growth period.
