      Often work Saturdays and evenings. Benefits and increases could be be better. Issues with another employee were not handled properly.

      Great people to work with. Opportunity the learn and grow.

      Cons

      Due to type of work (Traffic Signal Installation) the job if very fast paced. Arguably more than a traditional construction company. Time management and the ability to multitask is a must.
