Lack of direction at times from Senior Leadership.

Everyone who works here is generally really nice to work with.

NO leads NO direction They are agents for Bekins, which means they have to do what Bekins says with no way to break from this. They tried and it didnt work. They had the same 40% spike in sales for Covid years and thought they were doing things right but didnt adjust to the market. Prices way too high for level of service. Company thinks regular people know of Bekins like its a household name. It isn't and nobody cares, they care about good service and fair cost.
