It is great to hear that working with us helped elevate your career to the next level. We consider our project environment and relationships with people to be ingredients of the "good" internal atmosphere you've mentioned. Regarding the cons you've mentioned - gaining them from the former employee, we treat them as potential things to reconsider and improve. Saying goodbye to people is always a difficult process. In every case so far, we wanted to make it as smooth as possible. That is also related to information flow, so we want to stay transparent and clear with the team, no matter what news we're sharing. We still believe it's the right approach, though sometimes it can be more challenging as it could cause uncertainty at first. Indeed, our Project Managers are not technical, but that's how our Delivery team structure was built. We don't need them to be technical as programmers, as their roles and business focus differ. However, in every matter, we need both sides to find an efficient and standard way of collaborating together. We leave you free to do so, to forge your own path. That's a pity you haven't managed to do so, and we will definitely take care of it more carefully in the future. Regarding salary ranges, last year, we implemented the internal framework and calculator to let every Delivery teammate know what numbers we can offer and at what level of seniority. Considering the 12 countries we currently have our folks from, we took the costs of living in those countries into account, which might vary. We were doing our best to first introduce the salary framework and calculator clearly, later collect individual team feedback, and constantly implement the improvements. We would like to elaborate more on the editing and publishing process you refer to in your review. As a web dev agency, we mainly focus on client projects. We've received a lot of submissions for our PWP, and while we wanted to move faster, unfortunately, we couldn't allocate more resources to speed things up. That's something we should reconsider in the future in order to stay as effective as possible. We didn't share a public list of topics, but we did reach out directly to writers we chose based on their portfolios and informed them of the areas we were interested in.
