Regardless of how much you state is your expected salary during the interview process - expect to be lowballed when you receive your offer. I stated I was seeking between 65-75k / pa for the role, and was offered 55k / pa on my email offer. In what world is that a reasonable amount to offer a marketing professional? They would rather spend huge amounts on trashy American influencers than their employees. Another thing, they expect your whole life to revolve around this business. Everyone that works there is cultishly tight knit and devoted to the business. if you are not like that - expect to be ignored and probably replaced. I could go on and on about how horrible this place is. AVOID - DONT ACCEPT THE LOWBALL OFFER - THEY PREY ON YOU AS YOUNG AND NAIVE AND YOU WILL BE WORKED TO THE BONE WITH NO SATISFACTION OR SUPPORT.
