Pros

Talented junior team members who go above and beyond for the clients.

Cons

The biggest downfall is the management team and genuine care for the people who work for Beep. The staff turnover is shocking, whether that’s staff leaving of their own accord or being pushed out by upper management for having personal lives that don’t align with their desire for robots who drop everything for the business. The lack of genuine care for the staff that work there is sad. On the surface they say the right things but actions speak louder than words and my own experience was not positive. There was a lack of real direction from management, scapegoating junior members for management mistakes or poor management, and no attempt by some senior team members to get to know their staff as a person if their interests didn’t align. The work they do is good but at the expense of staff well-being and work life balance. If you don’t have the capacity to do the work you do then don’t take it on and pile the pressure on your junior members of staff. HR unfortunately were operating entirely for the benefit of the senior team and aided them in the poor treatment of staff rather than ensuring the staff that are employed by them are looked after and treated fairly and that a positive and professional culture was cultivated. I couldn’t in good faith recommend them as a place to work, I felt belittled and like I wasn’t good enough every day.

Pros

- Good salary - Nice and talented people

Cons

A recent 5-star review mentioned that "some toxic employees" left the company, but unfortunately, the reality is that some of these toxic individuals are still in management positions. The working environment itself is good, with talented and friendly colleagues, but the management is messy and lacks direction, especially regarding hiring and people management. The management is not accessible, and they often treat employees as disposable rather than investing in their growth. There’s no clear path for career progression, and they use terms like "distractions" as an excuse to let people go. - Disorganised management and hiring practices - Managers are not accessible and treats employees like they’re disposable - No career progression or support for growth
