Good people to work with, everyone looks out for each other. Good experience for a first job or if you need to get your feet wet in the field. A lot of opportunities for face time with elected officials in Western New York. Always nice to see your work published, too.

Pay/Compensation is not that great for the amount of time and effort spent on producing the papers. Few opportunities to move up in company.
