Pros
Flexibility to work from home most of the time, pay is comparable to other Vars.
Cons
Mid-management at Bedroc is the worst. Poor communication/unwillingness to listen, favoritism is rampant. Over focus on utilization causes lots of frustration for everyone -makes for a very stressful environment They hire and fire with ups and downs instead of training, and working on improvements... makes for a new workforce all the time. Always worrying about a job isn't a good feeling.
