Bear Fox has a great culture and our employees stay with us for years. It's very rare to see an agency hold onto employees for years rather than months. Everyone here really loves to help our clients win and has the same goal in mind.

I came from very large agencies and companies that offer a lot fancy events, swag, etc. and it's different coming from that to a smaller agency. That would be the only difference that isn't better, but on the flip side you also get an intimate team and interaction that is much more valuable than events and swag.
