      Hours are good. Good support from management. Frequent check in's from higher up's to see if we need anything but not over-bearing.

      Fellow RNs along with diversity of job postings

      Cons

      pt to RN ratios Lack of support from executive leadership regarding matrices and safety for the patients we care for. Bottom line is $ and bonus for upper management. Signed a 5yr contract, cut my pay $10 within 18 months and no raise since. We are coming up on the 5 year anniversary.
